Key Objectives
To fund brain cancer research that offers patients accelerated access to promising new treatments
- To raise at least $20 million in revenue from FY12 to FY15
- To invest into research in excess of $12 million over that period
- To raise awareness of brain cancer
- To support the creation and implementation of a collaborative, international and multi-discipline brain cancer research community

AGOG is a landmark study that aims to investigate the genetic, lifestyle and environmental factors that may cause glioma brain tumours. This is the largest glioma study ever conducted in Australia. The AGOG Epi Study is being run by Cancer Council Victoria in collaboration with the UNSW, and UWA. The project is funded by Cancer Australia. The study opened in August 2013 and is recruiting suitable candidates now. For more information: www.agog.org.au
